⚡ In short: Kpture provides a visual website monitoring service. You retain ownership of your data. We never sell it.
1. Service Description
Kpture.app (the "Service") is a visual website monitoring service edited by [YOUR COMPANY], [ADDRESS]. It enables automated screenshots, visual diff detection, uptime monitoring, and alert notifications.
2. Acceptance
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the Service. Acceptance is formalized during account creation via a mandatory consent checkbox.
3. Account
To access the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address and secure password, or authenticate via Google OAuth 2.0.
- You must be at least 18 years old
- One account per individual or legal entity
- You are responsible for all activity on your account

5. Acceptable Use
You agree to only monitor websites you own or have explicit permission to monitor. Prohibited uses include: unauthorized monitoring, unfair competition, circumventing plan limits, and reselling the Service without written agreement.
6. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of your data. Kpture does not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. Your data is used solely to provide the Service.
7. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from Settings. Your data will be retained for 30 days then permanently deleted.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of [CITY].
